Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration and KYC

Each individual may hold only one account on the shh77 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.

During and after registration, you agree to the following:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
• Complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification using a valid Philippine government-issued ID before your first deposit or withdrawal is processed.
• Keep your account credentials — username, password, and OTP — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify shh77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if it changes.

Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits and transactions on the shh77 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your gaming wallet balance at any point.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• GCash (Philippine e-wallet)
• Maya (Philippine e-wallet)
• Philippine online banking and mobile banking via InstaPay or PESONet
• Direct bank transfer to/from Philippine bank accounts

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering instruments on the shh77 platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed within the deposit portal at the time of each transaction.

shh77 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service or transfer charges, which are outside shh77's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where available, as a standard security measure. Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only — pending KYC may delay processing.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to a standard review process before disbursement.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are shown in your account at the time of request.
• shh77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Funds derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity are not eligible for withdrawal and may be subject to forfeiture.

Bonuses and Promotions

shh77 may offer bonuses, cashback, loyalty rewards, and promotional credits to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

• Bonus terms — including any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods — will be specified for each individual promotion.
• Bonuses credited to your account without a clearly stated offer may be treated as a platform credit subject to standard wagering conditions.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including through multi-accounting or coordinated play designed to exploit promotions, is a violation of these Terms.
• shh77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the shh77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to shh77's systems.

Responsible Gaming

shh77 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. No game outcome is guaranteed, and online gaming should never be used as a means to generate income or recover financial losses.

• All players must be 21 years of age or older.
• Players are encouraged to set session time limits and deposit limits within their account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shh77 is not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in platform access or game functionality.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Actions taken by shh77 in good faith to comply with anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations.

Nothing in these Terms limits shh77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy and Data
